PROJECTS
ATRA Engineering is working with Texas International Terminal-BNSF on conceptual and detail design of new multilateral railcar tracks to support 70,000 bpd bitumen heating and offloading as well as an 70,000 bpd diluent loading terminal.
The project includes 82,500 lbs/hr steam boiler, 120 heating points, and several offloading stations.
